Build Process

The beginning of it all. This is where we discuss what you have dreamed about and what we can do to bring that vision to reality. We have vast experience and contacts to help with those hard decisions ranging from finding the perfect piece of land to where to position your future home on it to allow for anything you desire. We will make this process less intimidating by pointing out what restrictions come with certain properties and take future ideas you may have for the land into consideration to ensure you will not be bound by them in the future.

Once you have decided where you want to build your home, we listen to your ideas and come up with a plan on how to incorporate them into the design of you home. We have the ability to custom design any building plan and have you work along side one of our team members as they draw up exactly what you want for your home. Next we can go further into detail and make suggestions on how we can create this plan within your budget.

As things come together so will the construction agreement. At this point your home will be taking shape in your head and we will now work out the details for the agreement to allow construction to begin.

As construction is under way it is now time to work with one of our team members within the set budgets to find the products that will be installed in your home. Ranging from lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring, cabinetry and any other detailed accents. We will introduce you to our trusted sub contractors to get more insight from their experience to assist in some of these decisions.

At any point along the way we will be there to answer your questions and make this process as simple and stress free as possible. Before you know it you will be ready to move in and enjoy your dream home made for YOU by McMann Homes.
